The best part about St. Patrick's Day...

...is making reubens with the leftover corned beef the day after.

For those not in the know, a reuben is a sandwich made with rye bread, swiss cheese, slices of corned beef, saurkraut, and dipped in thousand island dressing.  And man, are they good.
